NoteMide work planning tools

SLA deadline calculator

Use this SLA target calculator to plan a start date-time and a business-hour response target. The result is an estimate designed to make a date convention visible before you commit to a schedule.

What this calculator answers

This tool is built for support queues, response commitments, and operational planning. Enter the values shown in the calculator and review the output in your browser. NoteMide keeps the calculation client-side and does not require an account, spreadsheet, or upload. The page is intentionally focused on one planning question so you can compare the result with your own policy and share the relevant date with a colleague or client.

How the workday rule affects the answer

The initial service window is 09:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday. Public holidays, company closures, half-days, time zones, and local employment rules can change a real deadline. The selected convention should match the wording of the contract, service agreement, leave policy, or project plan. If the source uses a country calendar, confirm the holiday dates with the relevant official authority before relying on the estimate.

Important edge cases

Check whether the start date is counted, whether the end date is inclusive, and whether a request arriving outside business hours moves to the next opening. A period can cross a weekend, month boundary, year boundary, or midnight. When a result is used for employment, legal, billing, travel, or contractual purposes, treat NoteMide as a planning aid and verify the governing rule.

Use the result responsibly

Before sharing a date, record the inputs, counting method, timezone, and holiday assumptions that produced it. This makes the estimate easier to audit when a teammate, customer, manager, or client asks why the target date falls where it does. If the source policy uses a special calendar, reproduce that rule in your final schedule.
