Using NoteMide

These terms apply to NoteMide's calculators, guides and related website content. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You do not need an account or payment to use the current core calculators. NoteMide is independently operated and is not Google, a government agency, an employer or an official calendar authority.

Planning tools and your responsibility

Tools provide estimates or calculations based on the values and settings you select. Read the counting rules, inclusive or exclusive date convention, selected holiday year, region, time zone and displayed warnings before relying on a result. A weekday-only tool does not automatically account for public holidays or employer closures. Daylight-saving changes, repeated or skipped local times and local calendar rules can affect outcomes.

Confirm consequential dates with the relevant authority, professional, employer or signed agreement. The site does not establish a legal deadline, entitlement, medical age, tax obligation or guaranteed travel or work schedule. Examples are explanatory and may use fixed dates; they do not replace your current inputs.

Acceptable use

You may use the calculators for lawful personal, educational and workplace planning. Do not try to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, impersonate NoteMide, or use the site to infringe another person's rights. Access by automated systems must respect applicable rules and must not interfere with ordinary visitors. Do not interfere with advertising or generate artificial clicks if advertising is introduced.

Content, attribution and reuse

Website design, branding, original articles and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party libraries and source material remain subject to their own licences and ownership. You may copy or share your calculation results and link to our pages. Permission to use a calculator is not permission to republish substantial original content, represent it as your own or use the NoteMide brand to imply endorsement. Contact hello@notemide.com about other reuse or permissions.

External services and privacy

External government sources, email applications, analytics providers and any future advertising services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement or a promise that an external page will remain current. Our Privacy Policy describes calculator processing, saved preferences, usage tracking and email contact. We do not offer a website contact form; you decide whether to send an email through your own email service.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the tools useful and accurate, but errors, outdated data, browser differences, network problems or interruptions can occur. Tools and content may be corrected, changed or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free results. To that same extent, NoteMide is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an unverified estimate or using the site outside these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights or other statutory rights. Applicable law governs those rights. If a provision is not enforceable under applicable law, it applies only to the extent permitted by that law.

Changes, corrections and contact

The latest published terms apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable law and any required notice. We will update the date when the terms materially change. The Disclaimer and Calculation Methodology explain additional limits and assumptions.
